The FX.world Awards 2026 celebrated achievement in forex, fintech and payments on 03 November, bringing industry leaders together for a gala evening at the historic Corsie Sistine in Rome. Part of the combined AIBC & FX Awards, the occasion featured fine dining, entertainment and a charity auction supporting the SiGMA Foundation.

This elegant setting provided the backdrop for an evening honouring the companies and individuals advancing trading, financial technology and payment services. Guests gathered to celebrate their peers, catch up with business partners and mark their achievements during FX.world’s Rome summit.

A Roman welcome and gladiator spectacle

Guests were welcomed with drinks, a Living Statue and live harp music from Martina Natuzzi, creating a relaxed atmosphere before the ceremony.

The opening act, “A Journey Through Rome: Rise of the Gladiators”, was created by artistic directors and choreographers Marcello & Mommo Sacchetta, whose credits include the Sanremo Music Festival and productions for Laura Pausini.

Gladiators and Roman legionnaires staged theatrical duels and acrobatic combat to the beat of war drums. Live music, hip-hop and breakdance added to the spectacle, enhanced by LED visuals, projection mapping, elaborate costumes and dramatic lighting, bringing ancient Rome to life. Performers moved between the stage and audience, drawing guests into the action.

The evening was hosted by Olga Yaroshevsky, Managing Director of AIBC, and Eric Benz, Commercial Lead at AIBC World and is brought to you by Aurora Markets.
