Brett King on banking
One of them is futurist and bestselling author Brett King, founder of Moven and host of Breaking Banks and The Futurists, who joins the summit. His keynote “Bank 5.0: The Rise of Autonomous Banking in a Smart World” takes place on 03 November at 12:15. King looks at agentic banking: a financial system where AI agents buy, trade and manage money, programmable money moves on its own, and institutions run as intelligent systems that never close. He has advised governments, regulators and financial institutions, among them the Obama administration on fintech policy, and has delivered keynotes in more than 50 countries. His books include Bank 4.0 and Augmented, and the keynote shares its title with his forthcoming Bank 5.0, which explores how AI and autonomous finance will reshape banking.
Avramis Despotis on AI
Closer to the trading screen is Avramis Despotis, who founded the trading education company Tradepedia in 2009. A Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) with more than 30 years of experience in the financial markets, he teaches technical analysis, market structure, trading psychology, and risk management. He has led educational webinars and seminars for clients of XM, one of the world’s largest forex brokers. He is also the author of “No One Listens to the Guru” and the co-founder of Edamame, an AI-powered system that automates gold trading in line with his principles. On 03 November, at 13:50, he joins the panel “AI-Driven Trading & Prediction Markets”, which examines the tools and technologies shaping the industry’s future. Among the questions on the table: how can firms use AI, predictive analytics and data to build more personalised customer journeys and redefine trader engagement?
Arthur Azizov on liquidity
Tools like Edamame run on the infrastructure that brokers provide, and Arthur Azizov has been building technology for those brokers since 2014. As founder and CEO of B2BROKER, he has built it into a group offering multi-asset liquidity, brokerage technology, and digital payment solutions for brokers and financial institutions, drawing on more than 15 years of experience in fintech and financial markets. A regular keynote speaker, he covers topics from brokerage infrastructure to the convergence of traditional and digital asset markets. On 04 November, at 13:00, he takes part in the panel “Liquidity on the Edge: Pricing, Execution and Resilience in Times of Market Stress” alongside Mehdi Maskine of LMAX Group and Alexandros A. Patsalides of GTC Prime. Brokers scouting new technology can hear from a founder who builds it.
